Remedial Massage Therapy

A treatment specifically designed for individuals dealing with either acute or chronic musculoskeletal pain, postural challenges, or sports and occupational injuries. This process involves a thorough assessment and targeted treatment of muscles, ligaments, and connective tissues to identify and address the root cause of discomfort. It combines hands-on therapy with prescribed rehabilitation exercises.

Common conditions that may improve with a Remedial Massage session include, but are not limited to: headaches, migraines, lower back pain, rotator cuff pain, tennis elbow, golfer's elbow, bursitis, neck pain, and postural issues. Typically, a new injury or condition can often see improvement within two to four sessions. However, more chronic injuries may require additional sessions to achieve and maintain optimal health and functionality.

Your remedial therapist will devise a personalised treatment plan tailored to your specific needs, lifestyle, and goals, ensuring that your treatment aligns with your preferences and objectives.

Private health rebates available on site.
