Ascend Remedial Therapy is based in the Foot Hills of Perth, WA. We are a health clinic that specialises in Sports Therapy and Remedial Massage. We offer hands-on manual therapy treatment that are supported by prescribed exercises for musculoskeletal pain disorders, injury prevention, and rehabilitation.
Remedial Massage
A treatment tailored to those who are experiencing musculoskeletal acute or chronic pain, postural issues, or occupational related injuries.
Sports Therapy
A treatment tailored to the sporting population or those who live an active lifestyle. This treatment is ideal for those looking to improve athletic performance, improve mobility and movement efficiency.
What to expect.

1. Consultation
A short consultation will take place at the start of your appointment so we can discuss your health history and undertake a range of physical assessment to determine the best treatment plan that aligns with your specific needs and goals.

2. Treatment
The treatment will involve the application of hands-on manual therapy. A wide range of treatment methods may be used within a remedial massage and sports therapy session to support the desired treatment outcome. These are detailed in the section below.

3. Home Care
Exercise prescription may be given at the end of your session to support your treatment goals and recovery. Depending on the nature and stage of injury or pain, this may include strength and conditioning, mobility, flexibility, coordination, or general recovery advice.
